1 x bottle of Murderer's Bay white rum, a Barcadi style spirit crafted in Nelson, 700ml

2 x Govino outdoor cocktail tumblers

2 x East Imperial soda water

1 x Mojito recipe card

1 x Soda Press Co. lemonade sugar syrup (optional)

1 x set of 4 Caliwoods reusable metal drinking straws (optional)

MURDERER'S MOJITO
Serves: 1 

• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
• 2 tablespoons Soda Press Co. syrup
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 45ml Murderer's Bay white rum
• 125ml soda water

1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a glass. Crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add the sugar syrup, and muddle with spoon to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture.
2. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice and fill the glass with soda water. Garnish with another lime wedge.
