Delivery Info

All orders are delivered by courier.

North Island orders are typically delivered within 2-4 working days (Monday-Friday) or next day if using the overnight 'Fast Service' option.

South Island orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working day if placed by 2 pm (Mon-Friday), or next day in Dunedin. Same day is possible but please phone in advance to request this.

For delivery to all rural areas allow an additional 1-3 days.  If you are unsure whether your delivery address is rural click on this link to check the address.

We will always endeavour to have your gift delivered on the day requested but please note that the couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays.  Orders placed after 2pm on Friday afternoon or during weekend hours will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

While we make every effort to ensure your gift arrives on the day requested, we do not guarantee either the time or day of delivery.  We advise ordering early to avoid disappointment especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day. Couriers can take longer than usual to deliver in the period leading into Christmas. Failure by the courier to deliver on a specific day or at a specific time will not result in any refund for any reason.

Freight charges

We use rates based on destination, weight and size rather than a flat delivery fee. This helps us to price our gifts at a retail level so you can understand the value of what you are buying more sensibly. Our shipping calculator will allow the shipment of multiple items to one address and adjust the rate accordingly up to maximum of 6 items.

Cut-off times
Generally, you need to place your order by 2pm for next day delivery to main city centres.

Multiple Recipients - Multiple Shipping Locations
Please place separate orders for shipping to multiple addresses. Delivery is calculated per delivery address.

Please feel free to email a list of names and addresses if you are sending gifts to more than one recipient as this is often easier.  We can provide you with a manual invoice if preferred.  Contact us through the website and a member of our team will promptly assist.

General delivery info
Our couriers cannot deliver to Private Bag or PO Box addresses.  Please supply a physical delivery address. We cannot take any responsibility if you provide incorrect delivery details.

For hospital deliveries, please ensure you stipulate the correct name and address of the hospital, ward number and the correct name of the patient. It is important to note there can be lengthy delays between the courier delivering the gift to the hospital and the gift then being transferred to the patient.  It is strongly advisable to send gifts to the recipient's home address to ensure they receive it safely.

For deliveries to apartments, please ensure someone will be home on the expected day of delivery. Security codes and access can make it difficult to arrange delivery.

We recommend that you supply the recipient's phone number if possible to assist with any delivery queries. 

Order-based delivery

All our gift hampers are prepared on site after the order is received and dispatched from our premises to ensure a high standard of presentation and attention to detail. Gift boxes are wrapped in parcel paper or packed into cardboard cartons so that your gift is protected from scuffs and will present to best advantage.
